We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department with a focus on automation, project management, and preventive maintenance optimization. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, driving overall equipment efficiency (OEE), and supporting both daily operations and long-term capital improvement projects.

Job Details
Plan, manage, and execute maintenance and engineering projects, including capital improvements and facility upgrades.
Define project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, EHS, and external partners to drive efficient project execution.
Implement and optimize automation technologies including PLCs, SCADA, robotics, and IoT-enabled systems.
Mentor, train, and support the maintenance team in adopting new technologies and automation platforms.
Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
Utilize CMMS to schedule, track, and report on maintenance activities.
Analyze OEE metrics, identify inefficiencies, and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Oversee daily maintenance activities with a focus on safety, quality, and timeliness.
Manage and develop a skilled team of technicians and contractors, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental standards, and company safety protocols.
Maintain an adequate inventory of critical spare parts, tools, and supplies to reduce equipment downtime.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (preferred).
Proven experience with automation applications and robotics, including system integration and optimization.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
Proficiency with CMMS systems, OEE analysis, and reliability engineering practices.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring, setting expectations, and holding teams accountable.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and environmental compliance.
Certifications or licenses in relevant technical trades are a plus.
