We are seeking a Threat Prevention Architect to join our team. This role will involve leading global initiatives focused on designing and transforming infrastructure solutions that strengthen enterprise threat prevention capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity architecture, infrastructure design, and vendor collaboration, with a passion for developing advanced security frameworks and automation systems.

Job Description :

As a Threat Prevention Architect , you will lead enterprise-level initiatives to design, implement, and optimize security architecture across global infrastructures. The Threat Prevention Architect will play a strategic role in defining future threat prevention roadmaps, collaborating with vendors, and delivering robust solutions to secure network connectivity, data, and applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead global initiatives to create and transform infrastructure solutions across the threat prevention landscape.

Provide technical oversight and act as a Threat Prevention Architect driving the organization's future cybersecurity strategy and evolution.

Collaborate with internal business representatives, information security teams, and executive leadership to align security solutions with business objectives.

Design and implement threat prevention architectures that include malware protection, proxy, and SASE frameworks.

Partner with key vendors to influence product roadmaps and understand evolving technologies.

Establish secure network connectivity using content inspection systems for malware prevention, data loss prevention, and forensic analysis.

Utilize APIs to enhance automation routines and streamline security operations.

Leverage advanced problem-solving and creative thinking to develop strategic technology roadmaps.

Work with Salesforce and ServiceNow cloud environments using cloud encryption gateways.

Develop and maintain automation and monitoring frameworks leveraging Python, Linux, and SQL.

Integrate and manage threat prevention tools such as CipherCloud, Zscaler, Radware, FireEye, Websense, ScanSafe, Ironport, Damballa, and Skyhigh.

Enhance information security posture while balancing performance, cost, and end-user experience.

Utilize SIEM tools like Arcsight and Splunk for monitoring and analysis.

Communicate effectively across technical and executive teams to provide strategic insights and architecture recommendations.

Required Skills and Experience :

10+ years of overall IT experience, including 3 5 years focused on threat prevention architecture.

Senior-level expertise in one or more of the following : Proxy (Skyhigh / McAfee), Malware (Trellix / FireEye), or SASE (Netskope preferred).

Strong technical background with Linux, Python, Apache, HTML, Bootstrap, and SQL.

Experience with large-scale enterprise architecture and automation routines.

Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate across diverse technical and business teams.

The Threat Prevention Architect will play a vital role in designing innovative cybersecurity solutions that protect enterprise assets, mitigate risk, and drive technology modernization efforts across global environments.
