The Materials Management Warehouse Operations department is looking for an organized, dedicated, and hardworking individual to perform shipping / receiving / warehousing functions at our GMP warehouse locations at Shire N. Reading, Cambridge, Belmont and Lexington locations.

Primary Duties :

Provide a brief summary describing the major role, responsibility and purpose of the job. Summarize key areas of accountability and budget responsibility, if applicable.

Responsibilities :

• 30% Supply and transfer GMP Raw Materials and General Supplies in support of Manufacturing Operations at the Cambridge and Lexington facilities.
• 20% Issuance and maintain GMP Raw Material and General Supply inventory accuracy via the company ERP system.
• 10% Conduct and maintain daily cycle count activities
• 10% Receive and Quarantine raw materials in the GMP warehouse via the company ERP system.
• 10% Maintain warehouse in a constant state of organization and GMP compliance.
• 10% Maintain GMP cold chain equipment in a constant state of organization and GMP compliance - includes changing charts and liquid nitrogen tanks.
