Weapons & Tactics Trainer / Developer (IR)

Location : Colorado Springs, CO

Minimum Requirements :

• Must have a minimum of an active Secret Clearance
• Minimum of 7+ years of Demonstrated DCW Experience in DoD Cyber Unit (AFCYBER, ARCYBER, etc). executing Cyber Threat Hunting Missions, Cyber Threat Emulation, Incident Response
• Minimum of 2+ years Demonstrated Experience developing DCW Training on Weapon System / Mission System Operational Technology
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience with Formal Instructional System Design processes
• Must have completed a formal Instructional Course (WIC, AETC's BIC, SpOC IQC, etc. Other exceptions as approved by the CO or COR)
• Demonstrated DCW Experience in DoD Cyber Unit (AFCYBER, ARCYBER, etc). executing Cyber Threat Hunting Missions, Cyber Threat Emulation or Red Teaming,
• Demonstrated Experience developing DCW Training on Weapon System / Mission System Operational Technology
• Experience Tactical Mission Planning experience with Formal Instructional System Design processes
• Experience with Kibana, Trellix, XSOAR
• DCWF Work Role 531 Advanced or other work role approved by COR - CySA+ or CFR or GCFA or GCIA or GDSA or GCIH or GICSP or CCE
