You'll be responsible for the following tasks as part of Data Center Confidential Client on a large portfolio of Data Center projects for various scales, various locations. Service location will be remote, based in one of Jacobs' current US office locations. The Program Coordinator technical administration services will include :
Document control
Post deliverable packages for projects
Manage Design Quality Health Score ("DQHS") process, with monthly reporting
Support Client's Project Manager with Quality Management.
Facilitating, scheduling, and coordinating meetings between Client, Vendor, and other external parties.
Coordinating and managing reviews of documents and deliverable package issuance.
Issuing invites for collaborative design reviews and coordinating page-turn meetings with Client and external stakeholders.
Compiling output from collaborative design reviews into PDF and spreadsheet format to track comments, responses, and issue resolution.
Keep Vendor program calendar current, including travel / site survey, annual leave and package submissions.
Manage Vendor access for internal resources including SharePoint and Google Drive access.
Provide Construction Administration support
Support Project Managers with contractor's Requests for Information (RFIs), Technical Submittals and Shop Drawing reviews.
Prepare repository of program templates for project delivery
Substantial professional working experience in design and construction of Data Centers
Must be proficient in the use of computer to prepare reports using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Must be proficient in the use of Google suite products including Drive, Docs, Sheets and Chat
Must possess the physical ability to move around an active construction site
In-office and on-site attendance is required
