Were seeking a motivated Director of Enrollment to join our team and help families take the first step on their educational journey with confidence and care.

SpringStone Montessori School is an early learning, private school utilizing the Montessori Methodencouraging active learning, independence, and creativity through hands-on activities.

We are looking for a Director of Enrollment!

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing warm, informative, and timely communication
• Guide families through the enrollment process, from inquiry to registration
• Conduct school tours and informational sessions, showcasing the value of the Montessori approach
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrollments
• Work closely with school leadership to ensure classrooms are staffed and enrolled to capacity
• Coordinate open houses, community events, and outreach efforts
• Collaborate with marketing to implement outreach strategies and boost visibility
• Follow up consistently with leads and track enrollment data for reporting purposes
• Provide excellent customer service and build trusting relationships with current and prospective families
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
