Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing support, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Forklift Operator

Location : Ellisville, MO

Pay Range : $18.70 - 20.26

Shift : Multiple available including 2nd shift (2 : 30pm-11pm, M-F) and weekends (6am-6 : 30pm Sat / Sun) with optional on-call during the week.

What's the Job?

Operate powered industrial equipment in close quarters to support daily operations. Ensure timely delivery of materials to production machines to maintain workflow. Receive, put away incoming products, and perform inventory transactions using RF scanners and computers. Perform safety inspections on forklifts and maintain a clean, organized work area. Assist with waste and material management activities in compliance with regulatory standards.

What's Needed?

Prior operation of electric pallet jack and forklift is required. Basic math skills for inventory and measurement tasks. Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, and reach safely for extended periods. Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and work in strenuous conditions. Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
