JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to) :

  • Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees
  • Monitor Quality, Safety, and Customer Experience
  • Customer Service Manager on Duty
  • Cash Handling and Reconciliations of cash drawers
  • Training of Staff Members for New Hires & Promotions
  • Other duties as assigned

    • EDUCATION AND TRAINING :  No educational requirements.

    WORKING EXPERIENCE :  Leadership experience required.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
  • Requires the ability to move and stand for long periods of time.

    • Reports to the General Manger of the Restaurant.
