We train our team members for success, and everyone on our team helps with your success. In this role, youll be accountable for assisting the local client services team in

Managing community and referral partner relationships

Responding to inquiries from clients, potential clients, referral sources, and staff members

Processing client intakes, including scheduling, insurance verification, and logistics

Providing client services, direct support, case management, and authorization fulfillment

Operational oversight, staff supervision, quality assurance, issue resolution, information systems management, facility maintenance, HR tasks, and risk management

Accepted Qualifications :

Certified Substance Abuse Counselor or Supervisee, preferred.

A minimum of one year of experience in Substance Use, Social Work, Human Services, or Psychology field.
