About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist - Home Health

Description :
This is a Physical Therapy Home Health position.
Prior home health experience is not required.
Travelers will be assigned to specific teams within given geographical areas.
Travel pairs will not be assigned to the same team and must submit separate time off requests.
Candidates must possess a Client License as this state is not compact.
Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS rate.
The expected patient load is between 5 to 7 cases per day.
Travelers will have the support of an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nursing, social services, and home health aides.
Responsibilities include reviewing patient charts and medical histories.
Additionally, developing personalized treatment plans is essential.
Therapeutic exercises and stretches should be taught to improve patients' conditions.
Hands-on therapy to promote healing is expected.
Maintaining patient records by tracking progress and adapting treatment plans accordingly is crucial.
