Job Summary

The student worker will provide educationally beneficial assistance to the Learning Cente r via either a front desk or tutor position.

Responsibilities

Clerical Office Work - 80%

Students will perform clerical office duties such as greeting walk-ins, answering phones, filing, scanning, etc

Other Duties as Assigned - 20 %

Other projects to be completed as needed.

Educational Requirements

Must have HS diploma or equivalent.

Required Qualifications

Be awarded Federal Work-Study (FWS) through the Financial Aid Office at GCSU for the current aid year. Federal Work-Study awards can be confirmed through the student's PAWS account, Financial Aid, then the Award Offer tab. Students who are not awarded FWS can contact the Financial Aid Office to see if they are eligible at financialaid@gcsu.edu

This position will work in- person up to 19 hours per week, or $3900 per aid year .
