LocumJobsOnline is working with CompHealth to find a qualified Infectious Disease MD in Albany, Georgia, 31701!

About The Position

Are you an infectious disease fellowship-trained physician looking for a balanced, rewarding opportunity? We are currently seeking a dedicated physician to join our team in Albany, Georgia. This role is primarily inpatient consults and rounding Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with the potential to grow into outpatient care as the program expands.

Weekends are light you will rotate phone consult calls with our advanced practice providers, so there is no mandatory in-person weekend work. This schedule offers a great work-life balance while still allowing you to practice your specialty at a high level.

The compensation package is competitive, starting with a base salary of $282,000, plus RVU productivity potential. You will also receive a $25,000 sign-on bonus, a $7,000 CME allowance to support your continued education, and up to $15,000 in relocation assistance following IRS guidelines. We offer 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays, so you can recharge and enjoy life outside of work.
