What You'll Do As an Accountant I, you'll be a key player in our finance operations, focusing on :

• Residential Billing & Subsidy Management : Accurately process client charges, rent advances, and lease subsidy invoices across transitional and permanent housing programs.
• Accounts Receivable Oversight : Track payments, reconcile client accounts, and ensure timely posting of deposits.
• Compliance & Reconciliation : Maintain detailed records, support month-end close, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the Controller and finance team to support budgeting, contracting, and special projects.
• Support & Innovation : Provide backup for accounts payable and billing functions, and contribute ideas to improve fiscal processes.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.21 - $28.21 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
