Experienced Manufacturing Operator

Are you a skilled operator with hands-on experience in paint welding machine operations or metal fabrication Do you take pride in producing high-quality products that represent brands across North America Blair Image Elements is seeking experienced manufacturing operators to join our team in Altoona.

In this role youll play a key part in fabricating assembling and finishing signage and branding elements ensuring accuracy efficiency and quality throughout the production process.

What youll be doing :

• Operate machinery and equipment for fabrication and assembly
• Apply expertise in painting welding or metal fabrication to produce high-quality signage
• Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Track jobs and production progress using computer systems
• Maintain quality standards and troubleshoot minor production issues
