A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager II.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts through tailored strategies

Lead the onboarding process for new accounts and maintain consistent engagement

Serve as the primary relationship manager for business and high-value customers

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in Growth Account Management or sales

Experience in SaaS and Cloud Infrastructure

Proven ability to develop and execute account growth strategies

Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple accounts

Deep understanding of upselling and cross-selling techniques
