Insight Global is hiring a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager for a client based in West Palm Beach, FL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on performance optimization, lead generation, and scaling digital impact across platforms.
Must Haves :
- 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in fintech, entertainment, or financial services
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM integration, SQL, and AmScript
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, SEO, UTM tracking, and paid social
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance best practices
- Analytical mindset with a track record of performance-based optimization
Additional Preferred Experience :
Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, or Salesforce Marketing CloudExperience with music royalties, creator platforms, or referral programsWorking knowledge of HTML / CSS, Power BI, and advanced SQL scriptingWhat You'll Do
Email & CRM CampaignsBuild and refine automated email journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Leverage CRM data for segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing. Use A / B testing and analytics to boost engagement and conversions.Paid Media & Lead GenerationManage paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube. Implement tracking strategies (UTMs, pixels, tags) and integrate with Salesforce and WordPress. Optimize funnels and remarketing efforts to drive qualified leads.Website & SEOOversee WordPress site performance and user experience. Execute SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and improve visibility.Analytics & ReportingOwn GA4, Tag Manager, and dashboard reporting. Monitor campaign performance, ensure data accuracy, and align KPIs with business goals. Identify and resolve conversion bottlenecks.Compliance & PrivacyEnsure marketing practices align with GDPR, CCPA / CPRA, and global privacy standards. Manage cookie consent tools and support privacy-first initiatives.
