The Infrastructure Team Product Owner shall serve as the lead for execution of BOSS provided Network and IT infrastructure support resources. The Infrastructure Team Product Owner shall be the primary source of programmatic knowledge and ownership of assigned work for Network IT support provided by this contract.

The Infrastructure Team includes our facility engineers, systems administrators, hardware and network engineers. This team is responsible for network design and planning, network installation and configuration, network security, network monitoring and maintenance, disaster recovery planning and execution, regulatory and policy compliance and other standard industry support such as the creation and update of standard operating procedures for the team. They will maintain the infrastructure, provide preventative maintenance, identify and resolve issues, respond to workday and after-hours problems. They work with our Chief Architect and systems engineering team to plan for and recommend regular tech refresh and upgrades.

At a minimum, the Infrastructure Team Product Owner shall have 10 years of industry-related experience in and possess a current TS clearance with SCI Eligibility.

The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following :

• Experience working in classified government facilities and SCIF environments
• Experience working directly, integrated with government customers
• Experience support computer labs or data farms
• Experience supporting and environment that requires greater than 99% uptime
• Experience managing a team responsible for power, space and cooling, racking and connecting new equipment, and decommissioning and removing systems no longer needed
• Experience tracking and documenting system configurations, preventive maintenance, licensing, and support agreements
• Experience supporting multiple enclave and classification level environments

The proposed salary range for this position is 150,000 to 240,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
