• This is a 1.0 FTE position working primarily at our Stevens Point location. Occasional coverage at our Wausau location may be required.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Competencies Required

Working knowledge of medical terminology.

Exhibits a high level of phone and customer / patient service skills and etiquette to provide a positive first impression of the organization.
