Job Title : Commercial Construction Estimator

Location : Central Islip, NY

Salary : $90K - $110K

We’re looking to add a talented Commercial Estimator to our team in Central Islip, NY. As a growing construction firm, we take pride in delivering quality, efficiency, and value across every project — from office buildings and retail spaces to industrial and healthcare facilities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in producing accurate, competitive bids that help us win and execute successful commercial projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Review drawings, plans, and specifications to develop precise cost estimates.
  • Prepare and manage bids, ensuring all labor, material, and profitability factors are considered.
  • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to clarify scope and requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to verify project details and conditions.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial estimating or construction cost analysis.
  • Proficiency in PlanSwift, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • A self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
