Key Duties :

• Support EHS software applications focused on incident reporting, site inspections, and chemical management by providing system support, performing data analysis and periodic reporting, using MS-Excel, and the safety management platform.
• Prepare charts and dashboards, as well as weekly, monthly, quarterly formatted performance reports and ad-hoc requests.
• Engage with site EHS players and users to resolve application usage issues.
• Provide data entry and application administrative support using software designed for carbon accounting and sustainability reporting.
• Participate in projects that automate EHS processes through the use of SharePoint and PowerAutomate.
