Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator located in Hallandale Beach, FL. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring accurate labor, material, and time costs. Tasks include preparing detailed cost estimates, coordinating with subcontractors, analyzing project plans and specifications, and contributing to project proposals. xklufbp The role requires frequent collaboration with project managers and other key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in using estimation software and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in commercial and residential construction is a plus
