This position supports patients in Elysburg , PA and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $13,000 sign-on bonus during your first year with the first $5,000 being paid out after the first 30 days of employment. • Company paid emotional health and wellness support for you and your family We are looking for compassionate Start of Care nurses with :
• RN license in the state you work
• Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
• Previous Home Health nursing experience required
• One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
• Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to / from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
