What You Will Be Doing :

• Build and maintain partnerships with sales team, support sales center Operational Sales Leader, and cover routes when needed.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates - not from behind a desk - to keep / attain a World-Class sales center status by following Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) best practices.
• Leverage data by embracing technology to develop and execute sales plans to win as a team in the marketplace.
