Description :
Function : Responsible for coordination and management of the organizations operational and business
development functions, as assigned, in accordance with established systems and procedures, including
new initiatives at designated branch location.
Essential Duties :
- Ensure compliance through job function and responsibilities relating to various federal
regulations including Bank Secrecy / Anti Money Laundering Act, Regulation E, Right to Financial
Privacy, Gramm-Leach Bliley Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, etc.
Network within the branch community to uphold the brand and reputation of the company,while identifying additional opportunities for market growth
Ensure consistent adherence to operational and regulatory proceduresLead efforts and serve as liaison to ensure timely response and resolution of customer issuesReview, audit and ensure proper control of monthly operational logs and reports, as assignedPartner with management to streamline procedures, create efficiencies, automate processesand effectively communicate changes to the team
Assist with training, development, scheduling and performance plans for branch staffOther duties as assignedBenefits :
