Customer Remediation Program Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Remediation Program Analyst to join our Customer Remediation team. This role partners closely with the assigned Line of Business, other Risk / Compliance / Audit (RCA) professionals, and RCA Managers to implement and oversee an effective risk management framework that supports customer remediation efforts.

You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, identifying gaps, and informing solutions that minimize losses due to internal process failures or human error. This position serves as a functional liaison between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense, with a strong emphasis on consumer protection and remediation governance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support governance and reporting activities within Customer Remediation, including committee reporting and trending analysis of complaints and remediation data.
  • Ensure monitoring activities are completed on schedule and support audits and exams involving Customer Remediation.
  • Maintain and report Archer application roles and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the General Banking & Lending Compliance Team to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Participate in projects that support Customer Remediation goals and escalate risks as appropriate.
  • Prepare summaries and reports that distill complex information into actionable insights.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Typically more than six years of applicable experience

Preferred Skills / Experience :

  • Deep understanding of the bank's operations, products / services, systems, and associated risks / controls.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in project execution.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage large volumes of information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Applicable professional certifications (e.g., CRCM, CCEP, CIA).
  • The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
