Job Description The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as a key liaison between vendors and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies, vendor maintenance procedures, and SOX requirements. This position requires adaptability to changing workloads and priorities. Key Responsibilities : + Process accounts payable transactions across multiple ERP and sub-ledger systems, including Oracle EBS, Microsoft D365, and CMMS IVARA. + Manage the accounts payable email inbox, responding to inquiries and directing communications as needed. + Verify that invoices, check requests, and employee expense claims are properly supported, coded, and approved. + Prepare vendor and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness. + Validate indirect tax calculations, including GST, PST, and non-resident tax withholding; perform self-assessments when required. + Collaborate with the Treasury team to prioritize and ensure timely payments. + Coordinate with divisional teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies. + Generate and deliver reports as requested by management. DQualifications & Skills + Education : High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. + Experience : 35 years of accounts payable experience. + Technical Skills : JD Edwards and / or Oracle experience required; intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas and pivot tables). + Core Competencies : Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. + Strong verbal and written communication abilities. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 / hr.
