Responsibilities

General Summary : The Hematologist-Oncologist is responsible for providing care and medical oversight of patients with malignant diseases and hematologic disorders. The Hematologist-Oncologist uses interpersonal skills to collaborate with other medical staff to assure quality services are provided and represents Bayhealth Oncology Service Line to medical staff and the community. The Hematologist-Oncologist provides oncology services using substantiated guidelines in a timely manner.
