Reason for Opening : Resignation of Hematology Oncologist at Practice

50% Hematology

50% Oncology

Number of Physicians in Practice : 1 remaining physician

Hem / Onc only practice

Adults only

No Radiation Oncology on-site, but connection to Radiology Oncology team at Loyola University Medical Campus, which is 5 miles from practice.

No APP's in practice

Documentation System / EMR : EPIC

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 3 months

Open to H1B candidates, but cannot sponsor J1 candidates

Practice Setting :

Outpatient Free-Standing Community Cancer Center

Average Number of Patients Per Day (Outpatient Clinic) : 75

Average Number of Patients Per Day (Hospital Call / Rounding) : 2

Trauma Level / Designation (Hospital) : Level 2

Compensation and Benefits :

Compensation follows MGMA guidelines and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications - Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
