Overview / Summary :

As an Architect Professional within our Client's Data Centers group, you’ll help design and deliver advanced, mission-critical facilities across the U.S. This hybrid role involves leading architectural design from concept through construction, ensuring projects meet technical, budget, and schedule goals. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop layouts, technical designs, construction drawings, and specifications, while supporting client and contractor coordination.

Responsibilities include conducting and reviewing design work, ensuring quality control, participating in design and project meetings, supporting field construction efforts, and contributing to proposals, budgets, and schedules. This role offers the opportunity to apply innovative design solutions with minimal supervision while mentoring others and engaging directly with clients on high-impact data center projects.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited Architectural program
• Professional Architectural License and be able to be licensed in multiple states (
• AIA)
• At least 8 years of professional Architectural Design experience
• Expert-level proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of building codes and applicability to industrial facilities
• Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules
• Ability to work well across multiple teams and lead small architectural teams
