Work environment

This position primarily works indoors, which can range from residential homes to large commercial buildings. The work environment is often dusty, especially during the sanding phases, and may be noisy due to other trades working nearby; workers frequently work on ladders, scaffolding, or even stilts to reach higher areas. They typically work as part of a small crew or independently, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Must have a demanding blend of technical skills, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship.

The work can be physically demanding, requiring standing, bending, reaching, and lifting heavy materials.

We are looking for someone who can work as part of a busy team on our bigger jobs, as well as complete and manage smaller jobs on their own.

This role is offered on a full-time basis with the expectation of up to 40 hours of work each week. Shift hours may vary depending on factors such as business hours and staff availability, and reasonable overtime hours may be required if necessary.
