Join Job Duck as a Legal Administrative Assistant and become an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence. In this role, you will support attorneys by managing legal documentation, coordinating client communications, and ensuring accuracy in filings and compliance tasks. Your work will directly contribute to smooth legal processes and client satisfaction, making you a key player in the success of the organization. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities with precision.

Salary Range : 1,150 USD to 1,220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Prepare and monitor docketing spreadsheets for client deliverables
  • Verify information against official sources before attorney review
  • Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary
  • Enter prospective client information into computer systems
  • Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents, including operating agreements, trademark and copyright applications, Office Action responses, business formations, and annual reports
  • Prepare registered agent renewal documentation
  • Communicate with clients to schedule meetings and gather information
  • Send documents for e-signature and follow up on outstanding signatures
  • Provide general clerical assistance, including maintaining attorney calendars
  • Complete tasks as assigned
  • Organize and maintain documents in electronic filing systems

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in legal roles preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Time management with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as a self-starter
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks and communicating effectively
  • Proficiency in drafting and proofreading documents
  • Time Zone : EST (USA)

    Office Hours : Monday to Friday 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

    Call Volume : 16 to 25 calls a day

    Languages : English
