Raineri Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team. Starting salary range is from 80K to 120K, based on experience.

Job Summary :

The Commercial Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all trades and effectively managing daily on-site activities. Must possess knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and professionally interact with the project team, design professionals, consultants and client while successfully directing the subcontractors and other construction-related personnel in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and budget.
