Position is hybrid remote / in office, located at 1350 Air Park Drive, Farmington, MO.

Position Purpose

Assist in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the department. Provide technical support to staff and provide ongoing training. Assist and audits team production and monitors quality standards. Provide input to supervisors on staff performance. Collaborate with other departments on cross functional tasks. Research and respond to all related document management inquiries and concerns. Compile reports and document issues. Report technical issues in processes and system failures. Assist with data entry work during peak performance periods. Conducts incident investigation with root cause analysis and document findings in WorkFront. Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Education / Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of clerical or administrative related experience preferred. General computer knowledge including MS Office Suites. Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality with sensitive information. Ability to work independently and without direct supervision while adhering to strict deadlines. Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and stand for intermittent periods of time. Shift work can be daytime, evening, or overnight depending on role, with mandatory overtime (in-office or remote) as business needs require. Must be able to work extended hours, weekends and / or holidays based on business needs.

Pay Range : $19.04 - $32.35 per hour Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including : competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
