Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for individuals experiencing chronic pain.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Facilitate a multimodal approach to patient care, working closely with physicians to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on pain management strategies and promote overall well-being.

Qualifications:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Alabama.
• Masters degree in nursing or a related field of study.
• Experience in pain management or related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
