Job description

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician for a 26-week locum tenens assignment in Texas, starting Dec 15, 2025. This flexible opportunity allows you to work day shifts between Monday and Friday, with only 4 hours per week required and the option to select your preferred hours within the outlined schedule.

Job Details

  • Location : Texas
  • Start Date : Dec 15, 2025
  • LOA : 26 weeks
  • Provider Type Needed : Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician
  • Schedule : 4 hours per week, provider may select hours within the following :
  • Monday to Thursday : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM
  • Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Meet one-on-one with patients to assess their health status
  • Formulate individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, each session lasting approximately 45 minutes

  • Must hold a valid Texas medical license
  • Background experience in general practice or as a PT specialist preferred
