Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to learn a valuable manufacturing skill? We're looking for a dedicated Production Worker to join our Appleton client’s team and play a crucial role in creating high-quality Flexo plates.

Job Location – Appleton

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay – $20 / hr

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely production of conventional and liquid Flexo plates that meet specific technical standards. Your main tasks will include :

• Producing and Finishing Plates : Ensuring the production of Flexo plates that conform to set technical specifications.
• Plate Preparation & Mounting : Preparing plates for mounting and mounting shims or printing plates in register to meet client specifications.
• Quality Control (QC) : Performing and recording essential quality control checks to maintain our high standards.
• Equipment Maintenance : Running agreed-upon routine calibration checks and quickly reporting any equipment breakdowns to ensure optimum performance.
• Packaging & Dispatch : Accurately packing and dispatching finished plates, ensuring they reach the correct destination, and recording all dispatch details.
• Record Keeping : Maintaining accurate and up-to-date time entries and recording all material usage.
