Travel Occupational Therapist (Inpatient, Outpatient, Home Health) - $2,660 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Occupational Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Job Title Therapist - Occupational Therapist Location Dixon, IL Schedule / Job Type Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedic, neuro, and fall risk patients. Work across multiple care settings : inpatient, outpatient, and home health. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document patient progress using Cerner Community Works and Kinnser EMR systems. Collaborate with treatment teams and utilize Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when available. Cover at least two care areas such as inpatient and home care, outpatient and ortho, or lymphedema. Follow departmental policies including dress code and orientation procedures. Required Qualifications Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license or confirmation of application in process. Current BLS certification. Ability to produce a negative drug screen. Demonstrated diverse clinical background in occupational therapy. Experience with various patient diagnoses, including orthopedic, neuro, and fall risk cases. Familiarity with EMR systems : Cerner Community Works and Kinnser. Preferred Experience / Skills Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Lymphedema certification or specialized upper extremity OT expertise considered a plus. Ability to work in inpatient, outpatient, and home care settings.
