Job Description

Manage a portfolio of properties to maximize value and ensure financial performance aligns with company goals.

Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize property performance.

Analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with property managers to ensure operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to support decision-making.

Prepare and present detailed asset performance reports to stakeholders.
