Express is teaming up with a top-tier metal manufacturer in Watseka, and they're looking for dependable, hardworking people to join their Assembly team . No fancy resume? No problem. If you've got the drive, we've got the training.

What You'll Be Doing :

You'll be assembling lockers, cabinets, and other metal parts - working with hand tools, power tools, and your own two hands to make things that last. You'll follow hands-on instruction and put parts together with precision and pride.

A Day in the Life :

• Assemble metal parts like lockers and cabinets from pre-cut components
• Use hand and power tools (think drills, rivet guns, hammers, screwdrivers - the good stuff)
• Follow visual examples or instruction from a lead
• Inspect your work for quality, fit, and finish
• Keep safety, speed, and accuracy front of mind

What We're Looking For :

Schedule :

Monday-Saturday | 4 : 30 PM - 3 : 00 AM

(That's right - night shift with plenty of OT!)
