Messaging Strategy Associate

A company is looking for a Messaging Strategy & Operations Associate to support Sender Operations and Deliverability functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage phone number applications, configurations, and migrations using internal tools and partner portals

Maintain messaging program compliance by leading audits and troubleshooting spam blocks

Track phone number lifecycle issues and investigate messaging or deliverability incidents

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in a relevant field

1 year of professional experience in data analytics within the technology industry

1 year of experience collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Product, or Engineering

Experience working directly with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues

Professional experience in the SMS and / or Email Deliverability space is preferred
