Records Management Clerk
OLH Technical Services, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Records Management Clerk to join our team in Martinsburg, WV.
Position Overview : General Clerk support shall include the administration of tasks normally associated with routine office work such as re-supplying paper to printers, fax machines and copiers; replacing toner cartridges; using the internal supply system to requisition replacements; filing and routing correspondence and records; using various computer applications including the USCG standard workstation suite of software and the Merchant Mariner Licensing and Documentation System (MMLD) system and participating in or helping to conduct training in work processes. The Contractor must evaluate tasks across the NMC and provide recommendations for efficiencies. The production of the (MMC) Merchant Mariner Credential is a system-wide effort that crosses several different NMC divisions.
