Job description

Job Title : Contact Center Representative Bilingual Preferred

Location : Austin TX (Hybrid)

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Skills Description :

  • Must have a minimum of six (6) months of recent verifiable experience in a high-volume contact center / call center environment.
  • Bilingual capability is preferred

Preferred Skills :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7 : 00 AM and 7 : 00 PM.
  • No schedule change requests can be accommodated during the first 90 days.
  • Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility medical claims status and other program-related inquiries.
  • Assist with problem resolution as needed.
  • Respond promptly courteously and concisely to all phone inquiries.
  • Accurately document all encounters in clear and concise online logs.
  • Transfer callers to appropriate Call Center units when necessary.
  • Consistently meet individual performance standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain strict adherence to attendance and performance metrics.
