I. Purpose
This position directly supports the National Student Speech Language and Hearing Association's (National NSSLHA) mission to inspire, empower, and support communication sciences and disorders students by delivering exceptional experiences through comprehensive member services and responsive customer service to students, members, chapters, academic programs, and the National Office team. This role provides essential operational support that enables students to fully access critical opportunities and resources that drive their success.

The position has the authority to work and perform duties independently; the Senior Director and team will be available for consultation and support on the goals and responsibilities related to the Unit. The position has latitude in communicating with students, volunteers, members, National Office staff and external organizations.
