Our flagship product is “Carta for Web3”, a platform that makes it easy for crypto companies to manage and automate their employee token vesting, investor token unlocks, and community claim portals. We’re a team of 18 in NYC & Europe backed by Y-Combinator, Tiger Global, and the biggest names in the space (Tusk Ventures, Circle, Galaxy Digital, Solana Ventures, Polygon Ventures, GSR, Tower Research, and many more). Our engineering team comes from top finance and distributed systems companies like Gemini, Morgan Stanley, and Palantir.

The Role :

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and marketing-focused individual to spearhead initiatives that position Magna as the market leader in token management. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you’ll work directly with our leadership team to drive growth and ecosystem engagement.

What You’ll Do :

Develop and execute creative marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand and drive top-of-funnel awareness

S et up and host industry webinars with portfolio companies of our investors

Lead activations at key web3 industry events to engage with top protocols and partners

Own our content strategy —blog posts, newsletters, and Twitter to amplify our voice in the space

Collaborate with clients and partners on co-marketing opportunities

Build and formalize partnerships with complementary companies

What We’re Looking For :

Experience in web3, crypto, or B2B SaaS marketing (or a strong passion for the space)

Proven track record of driving marketing & ecosystem engagement through events, content, and partnerships

Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, clients, and partners to execute high-impact initiatives

A self-starter mentality —you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
