Community Manager - Online PvP Card Game (Remote - LATAM Time Zones)

We're hiring a Community Manager to lead engagement across Discord, social media, and live events for a fast-paced online card battler currently in open alpha. You'll be the voice of the players, the bridge to the dev team, and the heartbeat of the community.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and grow community channels, especially Discord.
• Create and maintain a content calendar (patch notes, memes, Q&As, spotlights).
• Moderate discussions, answer player questions, and surface feedback.
• Organise and promote live events (streams, tournaments, previews).
• Collaborate with Support and Marketing to ensure smooth player experiences.
• Track and report on sentiment, engagement, and growth.
• Define and maintain community tone and voice.
• Empower community champions and contributors.
