We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time Procedure Scheduler at Red Bank Gastroenterology in Red Bank, New Jersey.

The Procedure Scheduler Responsibilities are :

• Meeting with patients either in person or via telephone to schedule all Gastro Intestinal Procedures.
• Handles all related clerical duties as requested by physician; new patients, recall patients, Open Access Patents, Hospital in / out patients, infusion arrangements, pre-procedure pre-authorizations, prescriptions, insurance verification and any other duties as assigned.
• E-scribe, portal messages, G-Messages, PIF.
• This position requires a positive approach, ability to multi-task, flexibility and a keen understanding of policies and procedures.
