Your Role :

• You review purchase orders received from customers, review and release newly created purchase orders based on internal approval guidelines, create & release purchase order to vendors, create all Mechanical installation vendor purchase orders in a timely fashion
• You book orders or review booked orders to ensure completeness and correctness based on customer contract pricing
• You validate and approve all invoice postings from 3rd party vendors via the Siemens IOL Portal
• You generate all invoice requirements including but not limited to down payments, delivery invoice and final invoice
• You transact all revenue recognition requirements including but not limited to GR, IR, PGI and rev rec.
• You receive, validate and process all change orders including generation and submittal of one-way or two-way letters
• You engage in dispute resolution and provide post-delivery issue resolution
• You provide daily delivery updates to all stakeholders
