Responsibilities

• Responsible for all field activities and aspects relating to customer relations, product application, product sales and delivery, service and product installation instruction, collections, and striving for 100% customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates, promotes and advances the visibility and presence of the entire Marvin product line while maintaining continual awareness of activity or news in the architectural and construction-related community.
• Actively represents Mountain West Windows & Doors at company-sponsored events, at professional group invitations to discuss and / or present Marvin products, at trade association meetings, and at consumer home shows to promote Marvin products.
• Present product demonstrations, accurately read, interpret and take-off blueprints, and use electronic software and systems (PQM, MS Office, etc.) to quote, sell and order products for remodeling and new construction residential and light commercial projects; assist in providing prompt and on-time delivery.
• Ensure Marvin products are installed properly and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Follow-up on leads generated by lead reports, window store-generated and outstanding proposals.
• Provide feedback regularly and upon request including wins and losses, competitive information, quality alerts, and periodic special requests.
• Mentor newer team members and host corporate guests for field visits upon request.
• Promote and facilitate continuous improvement activities in the department.

Qualifications

Work Environment & Requirements

Work environment includes typical office settings and frequent visits to construction job sites or customer homes. The noise level is typically moderate. Physical demands include sitting, using hands, reaching, talking, occasional standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; occasional lifting up to 75 lbs; vision requirements for reading materials and computer screens. Availability to work outside normal hours as necessary, including evenings and weekends. This description is not all-inclusive and management may modify duties as necessary. E-Verify participant.
