Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Medford, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Case Management Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 09 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Shift : Day – 4x10-Hour (07 : 00 – 17 : 30) Requirements : Experience : Minimum 1 year of acute care Case Management RN experience Licensure : Active RN license (can submit with pending state license) Certifications : BLS (required) Charting System : Epic (required experience) Skills Required : Discharge Planning, Care Coordination, Admission Criteria, Medical Necessity, CMS Guidelines, HIPAA, Joint Commission Standards BSN Required : No Additional Information : Float Requirement : Must be able to float to any acute department or affiliated facilities nearby Weekend Coverage : Required (focus on discharges and new assessments) Block Schedule : Possible; occasional split days due to PTO / holidays Radius Rule : 50 miles Local Rule : Locals accepted at lower rate RTO Policy : Up to 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must request all RTO upfront Holiday Requirement : Must work 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve / Day, New Year’s Eve / Day) Vehicle : Must have personal vehicle for travel between facilities About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
