Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing all aspects of restaurant operations including food and beverage service, customer service, and staff management.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and supplies.
- Managing the restaurants budget and controlling costs.
- Training and supervising staff to ensure high levels of service and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements :
