• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and supplies.
• Managing the restaurants budget and controlling costs.
• Training and supervising staff to ensure high levels of service and compliance with health and safety regulations.
